Therefore, annual customer satisfaction surveys are conducted in order to better understand the customer's needs and perfect Seagull itself based on the feedback. Hence, we provide product solution from design to market in timely manner, mutual cooperation, prompt response and effective communication.

 

Our designers are from Europe and the United States. The ODM product lead time from design to launch is 90 days with a 100% PPAP successful rate to assure the supply to the market.   

 

We also have warehouses in the US and Germany to offer the global “Just in Time” logistics and high quality after-sale service for our value customers.
