1. Process orders from the marketing department, confirm shipping deadlines, issue and distribute assembly production instructions, review the completion status of assembly instructions, and promptly report any production abnormalities.
2. Prepare the master production schedule to ensure that order production stays within capacity limits.
3. Assist the materials control department in preparing the material requirements plan, follow up on the timely delivery of materials, and ensure an adequate supply of production materials.
4. Complete and submit the monthly production plan on time;
5. Promptly update and adjust capacity data to ensure data integrity, and regularly review the equipment load status in the production workshops.
6. Assist in arranging sample production for new products;
7. Cooperate in implementing the company’s cost control plan;

Job Requirements:
1. Associate degree or higher, with some specialized knowledge in management or mechanical engineering;
2. Possesses strong data statistical and analytical skills, and can accurately and clearly communicate production information to various production units.
3. More than one year of experience in PMC work;
4. Proficient in using common production management software such as ERP, Excel, and Word;
5. Hardworking and able to endure hardship, with strong communication, coordination, and stress-management skills.
