1 Employee Benefits Policy
The company consistently adheres to the management philosophy of “people-oriented and starting from the heart,” regarding employees as the most critical factor for the company’s survival and development. Over the years, the company has continuously deepened and expanded its “Employee Care Program”—improving both the working and living environments of employees, and striving to create comfortable and pleasant spatial conditions for them. Building on its existing foundation, the company continues to make improvements in areas such as employees’ “clothing, food, housing, and transportation,” meeting their daily needs and enhancing their sense of well-being.
Warming to wear
To benefit employees and strengthen the company’s cohesion, the group company provides all employees with free seasonal work uniforms. In 2020, we organized a program to exchange old uniforms for new ones, totaling 1,370 pieces. As a result, employees are dressed appropriately. Enhancing the company’s image has played a positive role in showcasing the essence of its corporate culture.

In 2020, the company actively responded to the initiative proposed by the State Administration for Market Regulation’s Technical Bureau and implemented “open kitchens and visible cooking areas” in its employee canteens. The company and its subsidiaries publicly tendered their employee dining halls to external bidders.
The company organized joint inspections involving employee representatives and logistics service staff, conducting on-site evaluations to select reliable catering companies that provide safe and healthy food, thereby better serving employees. To improve the dining environment in the employee canteen and enhance employees’ sense of well-being, the company’s logistics service department has been committed to delivering practical and meaningful improvements: renovating the canteen, replacing old tables and chairs with new ones, upgrading to new tableware, and adding new signage for waste sorting.
The company also strictly controls the quality of ingredients and procurement channels, enhances the nutritional balance of meals, and does its utmost to meet employees’ needs and create a comfortable dining environment.
Comfortable Stay
In 2020, the company continued to improve the living quarters by replacing dormitory facilities with new washing machines, air conditioners, and rooftop fans. To meet employees’ accommodation needs, 40 additional dorm rooms were added and uniformly equipped with beds, wardrobes, desks, chairs, curtains, and other daily necessities. The dormitory surveillance system was also upgraded to ensure the safety of employees’ lives and property.

The company consistently conducts monthly disinfection, pest control, and rodent extermination to ensure the safety and well-being of its employees. The factory’s workshops and break areas are equipped with refrigerators and vending machines for employees’ convenience in their daily lives.
We provide employees with afternoon tea on a regular basis, allowing them to relax and relieve stress during tea time.
2 Employee Care Policy
Employee accidental assistance
The company continues to provide group accident insurance for all employees, offering protection against accidental injuries. A dedicated staff member from the designated department assists employees with claims processing, doing everything possible to resolve their issues efficiently. In 2020, we assisted employees in filing accident insurance claims 118 times, successfully obtaining compensation totaling 350,000 yuan.
Healthy Kang Huai Guan
In 2020, the company continued to invite qualified hospital physicians to conduct “Occupational Health Checkups” and “Company-Wide Health Checkups” for employees, helping them effectively monitor their physical health. The company’s trade union actively sought out various protection programs for employees and proactively organized participation in several initiatives, including the “Guangzhou Municipal Employee Hospitalization Medical Mutual Aid and Non-Work-Related Injury, Illness, and Disability Mutual Aid Program,” the “Guangzhou City ‘Moms Coming to Guangzhou’ Caring Program,” and the “Panyu District Employee Mutual Aid Medical Protection Program,” thereby providing employees with comprehensive benefits and showing care for their physical and mental well-being.
3 Labor safety and security
Workplace safety
The company adheres to a people-oriented approach and implements the safety production policy of “safety first, prevention foremost, and comprehensive management.” We carry out the three-level safety training for new employees, enhance workers’ safety awareness, and improve their safe operating skills. By vigorously promoting automation, we reduce risks associated with manual operations. Throughout the year, no major safety accidents occurred.
Occupational Health
The company has engaged a qualified third-party testing agency to conduct on-site assessments of occupational hazard factors. Employees are trained and guided to wear appropriate personal protective equipment as required, thereby safeguarding their health. A dedicated bulletin board for occupational health awareness has been established to promptly announce documents related to health issued by government authorities, ensuring that employees stay informed in a timely manner, while also keeping the company’s internal regulations up to date.
Fire Management
In 2020, all production sites of the Group carried out a series of safety initiatives, including fire safety training and inspections for potential fire hazards. Throughout the year, unscheduled fire emergency evacuation drills were conducted regularly, covering evacuation drills as well as training on emergency response to incidents involving highly toxic chemicals, hazardous waste leaks, and confined-space accidents. These activities helped enhance employees’ awareness of fire safety and their emergency response capabilities, thereby improving the company’s overall ability to respond to emergencies.
4 Epidemic prevention and control work
Anti-epidemic response deployment
At the beginning of 2020, when the novel coronavirus struck the entire country, all departments of the company responded swiftly and coordinated to deploy measures for epidemic prevention and control. The company established a leading group for epidemic response, which took charge of implementing various epidemic prevention and control measures as well as production arrangements, studied strategies to ensure stable production, and actively cooperated with relevant government efforts. Putting the safety and health of employees first, leaders at all levels adhered to a 24-hour on-duty system, thereby establishing a unified working mechanism encompassing "leadership, command, action, and reporting."
Prevention and control efforts are fully implemented.
The company has responded comprehensively and proactively to epidemic prevention and control efforts, adhering to the principles of "preventing imported cases from outside, curbing internal spread, and conducting timely screening and early warning." We have urgently procured hundreds of thousands of yuan worth of supplies—including disinfectants, temperature-measuring devices, and protective gear—to ensure adequate protection. We’ve established a daily system for collecting personnel information, closely monitoring employees’ health conditions, vacation status, and thoroughly screening visitors entering the factory. We’re making every effort to strengthen personnel management, environmental disinfection, epidemic awareness campaigns, and supply preparation. Employees returning from key epidemic areas are subject to a 14-day quarantine period. In addition, we utilize multiple channels—WeChat platforms, mobile communications, news updates, Enterprise WeChat, posted notices, and broadcasts—to provide employees with crucial guidance on epidemic prevention knowledge, important directives, and real-time updates on epidemic-related work. Meanwhile, we’ve offered psychological counseling to over 300 employees, demonstrating our care for their physical and mental well-being. By strictly implementing prevention measures while maintaining stable production, the company has achieved zero imported cases, zero infections, and zero suspected cases.
