At 9:18 a.m. on December 22, 2021, the grand launching ceremony for the commissioning of the third electroplating line at the Seagull Residential & Industrial—Zhuhai Zinc Alloy Factory was held with great pomp. Tang Taiying, Chairman of the Seagull Residential & Industrial Group; Wang Ruiquan, General Manager of the Group; and Lu Shaohua, Deputy General Manager of the Zhuhai Factory, together with other senior executives, attended the commissioning ceremony. The electroplating line No. 3 at the Zhuhai Zinc Alloy Factory began installation on August 20 and took four months to complete. The production line covers an area of 2,600 square meters and has received an investment of over 36 million RMB to date. Equipped with internationally advanced production capabilities, this electroplating line boasts numerous advantages, including a high degree of automation, excellent product consistency, and outstanding stability. The automated addition system and automatic exchange equipment installed on the electroplating line will help reduce labor costs by more than 50%. This line is characterized by low energy consumption, high yield, and high product quality.
