[AI Trainer] Training has kicked off smoothly! The Group’s AI performance is making a strong leap forward!

On March 7, 2025, Seagull Residential Construction successfully held the "Artificial Intelligence Trainer" certification training course in the large training classroom on the fifth floor. The training was conducted by professional instructors dispatched by Baidu PaddlePaddle and attracted active participation from 108 colleagues within the company. The course aims to enhance the company's capabilities in knowledge management, intelligent agent development, workflow optimization, and AIGC tool application through systematic learning and hands-on practice, thereby supporting the company's digital transformation.

At the outset of the training, the course focused on “Deepseek Access and Hands-on Practice,” providing a detailed explanation of key steps such as account registration and configuration, as well as data access and synchronization. Through hands-on exercises, participants quickly mastered hidden-question techniques and precise retrieval methods, laying a solid foundation for further in-depth learning.

In the hands-on session on "Agent Development and Enterprise Applications," the training instructor leveraged the Agent Development Framework provided by the Kouzi platform to systematically explain the core technical principles and engineering implementation approaches for AI agents. Participants, using the platform’s visual development tools and drawing on their own job-specific scenarios, quickly built functional prototypes of AI agents on the Kouzi platform. During the practical exercises, participants devised a variety of innovative solutions based on agent technology, addressing real-world business needs such as customer service and operational analytics. This training model—deeply integrating agent development with core enterprise business processes—not only significantly enhanced the team’s AI engineering capabilities but also paved a practical and feasible path for enterprises to build intelligent workflows.

In the special training session on "Practical Applications of AI-Assisted Workflows," the instructor, drawing on the intelligent agent development framework of the Kouzi platform, conducted an in-depth analysis of the logic behind building AI workflows through enterprise-level case studies such as the intelligent document parsing engine and the automatic meeting minutes generation system. During the hands-on practice segment, participants seamlessly integrated their personal workflows with intelligent agent technologies, rapidly connecting to customized components—including industry knowledge base plugins and business data integration modules—via the Kouzi platform. As a result, they successfully built several AI workflows closely aligned with their daily job responsibilities, including intelligent analysis of sales leads and automated document verification. This practical approach, which combines general-purpose intelligent agents with personalized work scenarios, has boosted daily report-generation efficiency by 60% and shortened cross-departmental collaboration processes by 40%, fully demonstrating the empowering value of intelligent tools in enhancing job performance.

In the session titled “Advanced Hands-on Training and Application of AIGC Tools,” the training provided an in-depth and comprehensive overview of AIGC technology, with a particular focus on dissecting the broad application value of AIGC technology within enterprises. The training covered both fundamental and essential areas such as copywriting and image generation, and also featured special introductions to advanced techniques including text-and-image generation and audio-video production.

During the hands-on practice, taking Sivi Sanitary Ware, Champion Tiles, and Youchao Shi Whole-Home Bathroom Solutions as examples, we closely integrated brand image and product features, and actively and effectively utilized tools such as Feishu’s multi-dimensional tables and KIMI PPT Assistant. On-site, we successfully generated multiple high-quality marketing copy pieces that not only precisely conveyed the unique advantages of our products but also possessed exceptional appeal. Meanwhile, we leveraged Sponge Music and Ji Meng AI to create a wealth of exquisite promotional materials—including creatively designed visual and textual combinations as well as high-quality audio and video content with rich textures.

These achievements fully demonstrate the tremendous potential of AIGC tools in content creation and provide strong support for Seagull Residential’s future market promotion and brand communication. At the end of the course, Teacher Zhang from Baidu PaddlePaddle explained the relevant rules and details of the exam to all colleagues and patiently answered their questions.

This specialized training, through the deep integration of AI technology with business scenarios, has not only systematically enhanced the Seagull Residential Engineering team's digital capabilities in areas such as intelligent agent development and productivity improvement, but also provided a practical and implementable model for traditional manufacturing enterprises undergoing digital transformation and upgrading.
