Foreword: The 14th Reserve Cadre Training Camp concluded on the afternoon of August 6! After undergoing intensive training and hands-on internships in workshops, the passion within these 35 young students has been ignited and awakened by this exciting training camp. They are now poised and ready to set sail!

At the beginning of the closing ceremony, the program was opened by Li Huarong and Cao Maoli, representatives of the trainees. As time passed, on July 19—the day the training camp commenced—each trainee, filled with dreams and brimming with enthusiasm, threw themselves into this training camp. Through this intense yet enjoyable learning and training experience, the trainees gained a deeper understanding of the Seagull.

The closing ceremony began, and a brief video presentation kicked off an unforgettable three-week journey—from the Seagull’s first encounter, the opening ceremony, military training, executive lectures, factory tours, debate competitions, impromptu speeches, book-sharing sessions, the Reserve Cadre Night, outdoor team-building activities, to hands-on internships in the workshop—all these moments were vividly recalled.

Afterward, all the trainees stood up, clenched their fists, and solemnly took the oath: With full enthusiasm, unwavering determination, courteous conduct, swift efficiency, and innovative spirit, we will wholeheartedly dedicate ourselves to our work with the most positive and diligent selves. We will strictly abide by the Seagull Teamwork Covenant, respect our colleagues, help each other, emphasize communication, honor our commitments and be trustworthy, treat others with kindness, resolve disagreements while keeping the bigger picture in mind, hold ourselves to high standards, and together contribute our utmost wisdom and energy to the soaring success of Seagull. Please rest assured, leaders!

Han Daiwen, a representative trainee from the 14th cohort of reserve cadres, recalls the team-building exercises during the training camp, which made him realize the importance of teamwork and greatly strengthened cohesion among the trainees. Through job rotation, we were able to make a seamless transition from students to employees.

Fu Hongshuang, a representative trainee from the 14th batch of Reserve Cadre Program participants, said that before joining Seagull, she felt uncertain about the future. After completing the Reserve Cadre Training Camp, not only did we gain an in-depth understanding of the company’s development journey and corporate culture in all aspects, but we also received valuable opportunities to combine theory with practical experience. We’re grateful to Seagull for providing us with a chance to keep learning and improving—and even more importantly, for offering us a platform for continuous future growth!

General Manager Wang took the stage to deliver a speech. In light of the current epidemic prevention and control situation, he explained to the trainees how the Seagull has managed to stay in a “running” state, reminding them to always keep running and firmly believe in their own self-development.

In addition, through my own work examples, I’ve taught the trainees how to effectively report on their work in their future careers: 1. For tasks with a relatively short time span, report promptly; 2. For tasks spanning a longer period, provide periodic progress reports; 3. Focus your reports on key outcomes—avoid unnecessary elaboration; 4. When reporting on phased work, include constructive suggestions; 5. Choose the right timing for your reports—be proactive and anticipate potential issues; 6. Adhere to the principle of honesty and integrity—never falsify information or only highlight positive results while ignoring negative ones.

After General Wang concluded his speech, Deputy General Lu presented awards to the outstanding students of the 14th cohort.
